主要用于雙邊調(diào)校直器，平面精密線材矯直機，用于非?？量痰某C直要求
1、單雙面矯直機型號JZQ0.8-2/26BV
2、各滾柱軸承獨立調(diào)整。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)級輥矯直機通常只有一些是可調(diào)的。
3 、庫存軋輥數(shù)量 7 + 7 ，每組 7 個軋輥（ 5 + 5 , 7 + 79 + 9 , 11 + 11 , 13 + 13 + 15 , 17 + 17 , 19 + 19 ）
4，滾筒直徑30mm，可定制7-120mm（0.27559"-4.724409"）
5、上排滾輪可調(diào)，軸承位置鎖緊力矩扳手。
6，適用于輕型或重型應(yīng)用的滾輪
7 、 AS / AD 型導(dǎo)線 R = 60 N / mm2 ( 8400p si )麥克斯帶普通滾子（單軸承或雙軸承）
8，滾子是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的"V"型槽型材，但可以提供"U"型槽9，根據(jù)客戶的要求。低摩擦120度“V”型槽控制通道。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等級矯直機通常使用更苛刻的90度，可以標(biāo)記圓線。
